How a job runs
- Send a drawing, sketch, or spec. PDF and CAD are both fine.
- We confirm materials, edges, electrical, and any field conditions.
- Shop drawings come back for approval before we cut.
- We build in Howard Lake, MN and ship from our dock to the job or to your warehouse.
Lead times
Worksurfaces: typically 2–3 weeks after drawings are approved.
Millwork: typically 4–6 weeks after drawings are approved.
Custom and large floors are dated when the package is locked. If a bid calendar is tight, call before you submit.

- Plan and elevations, even if rough
- Finish schedule or laminate numbers
- Power / data locations
- Need-by date and ship-to
- Whether we are quoting supply only or supply and install

What files can we send?
